In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, do hereby release and discharge the City of Enterprise, Utah; the Enterprise Cornfest, and their officers, sponsors and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Cornfest of and from all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressively agrees to indemnify all of the forgoing entities, firms, persons or bodies of and from all and any liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of the entrants of any participating or cooperating with the entrant under the direction or control of the entrant. I agree to allow pictures of myself and/or my vehicle to be used in the publicity and advertising of this event.
